By accessing or using the website (hikamu.com), cloud applications, APIs, or related software systems provided by HIKAMU Technologies Inc. (“HIKAMU”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Software & Service Provisioning
HIKAMU provides software platforms and engineering services, including SchoolOS (school management platform), Wasiqtu AI (AI commerce assistant), and custom software engineering solutions.
- Access & Availability: We maintain high availability for our cloud infrastructure, subject to standard maintenance windows.
- Client Data Ownership: Each customer maintains full ownership, control, and rights over their institutional and operational data.
- Trial Periods: Authorized trials (such as the SchoolOS 5-day free trial) provide full evaluation access without upfront payment commitment.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or derive source code from HIKAMU software platforms.
- Attempt unauthorized access to other tenants' data or private workspaces.
- Use the services to transmit malicious code, spam, or unlawful content.
- Interfere with or disrupt server infrastructure, database integrity, or network security.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, architecture, user interfaces, branding, and documentation related to HIKAMU products are the exclusive intellectual property of HIKAMU Technologies Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HIKAMU Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services.
